First heard dis song on das Radio, immediately caught my attention !! I was legit like huh !! What is this sound !! So neat to hear such unique sounds on the radio; I’ve discovered so many random songs n artists that way. ANYWAY also: while omw back to visit home, this song was playing right when my little brother calls me to ask if i want to go to this bar called UpDown !! How coincidental, how precious. Little moments like that spark such joy for me. And the song is so cute and feels like that moment; precious.

OBSSESSED. Babey, you know that I got eyes 4 U. This line feels so intimately knowing; the way he says eyes, lowering his voice almost as a means to get closer. Idk ! I wish more of the song sound exactly like that exact part of this exact line lol. Hm. As w the whole album, obsessed the synthesized sound, tasteful layered autotune. The intro oooOOo is so precious, immediately followed by the softness of his voice & sweet lyrics. To b thought of and spoken abt in this way …Just such love !

how did I even find this album? cannot recall. But I do remember when I first listened to it, sitting on the lakeshore journaling & getting kissed by the sun. And feeling so melancholy. This song is one I'd repeat over n over, as soon as it finished clicking replay. Such an interesting amalgamation of sound. Crisp yet blurred. A chopped up repeat of vocals, w/such dynamic sounds carrying it from underneath that the repetitive phrase "all I can say" are lyrics enough. Best enjoyed in solitude and with headphones.

only ever fr listened to their 1st album, but was introduced to this album recently. This is such a strong opener ! I love the layers of sounds and how it builds, compounds. It is sweet, and soft & cute. I love how melodic she moves her words and the way the snare feels so soft but structured. It feels hopeful; it's a song best listened to loudly, completely swallowed by its noise. As a band geek, I love the inclusion of horns and drums in such an orchestral way. Whole album full o slappers. To linger on every word !!!!
